A)Pulse:
To record a pulse, click on the pulse, then click on capture. Enter the pulse reading and click on the Save button. The below screen will be visible.
B) Temperature:
To record the temperature, click on temperature and enter the temperature pattern, location and readings as shown in the image below. Click on Save.
C) Blood Pressure:
To capture the blood pressure readings, click on capture and enter systolic and diastolic pressure and then click Save. The blood pressure is recorded.
