When the user opens the registration module, the following screen will be visible. This screen will enable the user to register a patient using basic details. Fill in the demographic details and scroll down.
To register a patient following details must be filled in:
- Demographics
- Current Address
- Emergency Contact
- Guarantor Contact
- Insurance details
Demographics
Enter the demographic details like name, age, gender, mobile number, etc. All the demographic options are customizable. Click on the emergency button if the patient is an emergency case. To add a patient’s photo, click on the icon. Click on the icon from the capture Fingerprint option to capture a fingerprint. To add blood group information, select blood group from the dropdown. Check/uncheck if the patient is willing to donate blood.
