Here the user will see the list of patients registered. To view the list of patients for a particular time, select from and to date. Enter the patient id/mobile number in the search patient bar to search a patient. The patient list will have three icons:
To edit the patient details, click on the encounter icon, the following screen will be visible.
Update the details and click ‘update.’ The patient details will be updated. A message will appear saying the data has been updated successfully.
To change the patient encounter details such as billing type, new encounter, specialization selection, click on the encounter icon, update the details and click on ‘Confirm.’ A message saying ‘encounter created successfully’ will appear. To delete a registered patient, click on the delete icon.
