To cancel an appointment, click on the ‘CANCEL APPOINTMENT’ button and search for the patient by Patient ID / Name/ Mobile/ Aadhaar number as shown in the image below.
Click ‘CANCEL’ and enter ‘Cancel Reason’ and click ‘CANCEL APPOINTMENT.’
Click ‘Yes.’ It will cancel the appointment, and the patient will receive a cancellation SMS.
The practitioner can also cancel the appointment from their side. To cancel an appointment, select the ‘For Practitioner’ tab. Select date, session, and timings enter the cancel reason and click Cancel Session. Select ‘Yes’ from the pop-up.
