The inventory will have the list of current stock data of reagents and consumables. The items will have information like batch id, available quantity, UOM, expiry date etc. User can search for a particular item form search item box.
In the inventory, user can add a new Item. To add a new item, click on ‘Add New Item’ . User can either add the item individually or can upload an excel with all the infrmation mentioned in the sample template document. Select the product name, enter batch id, expiry dates, quantity in units, unit price, location, vendor name. Click on ‘Add to Inventory’ a popup message will be shown as ‘DATA UPDATED SUCCESSFULLY’ as shown in the image below
Click on ‘Back to current stock data’ to view the item added in the inventory, as shown in the image below
