Integration with MYOB

MYOB Sync:  

For syncing with MYOB goto services > MYOB > MYOB Sync, click on login, it redirects you to the MYOB login page.

  • Accounts: When we create a new Account, we need to Sync it with MYOB by clicking on this Account sync button. Unless & until it is synced it will not reflect both in MYOB and in Warehouse application. 
  • Tax: When we create a new Tax category, we need to Sync it with MYOB by clicking on this Tax sync button. Unless & until it is synced it will not reflect both in MYOB and in Warehouse application. 
  • Items: When you add a new Item through Warehouse services > Settings > Item list > Add Item. You need to sync the items with MYOB by clicking this Item sync button. Unless and until it’s synced these items will not reflect in Item fields throughout the application. You can either generate a PO for this item or manually add it to Inventory, once the item is available in Inventory you can generate SO and SI. 
  • Vendors: When you add a new Vendor through Warehouse services > Purchase Management > List of vendors > Add new vendors, you need to sync the vendor with MYOB by clicking this Vendors sync button. Unless and until it is synced the vendor will not reflect in PO and VI screens.  
  • Purchase Order: When you generate a Purchase order through Warehouse services > Purchase Management > Purchase Order. it is highlighted with grey colour in the PO history screen and when you click on the Convert to Invoice icon it shows an alert as Sync required. You need to sync the PO with MYOB by clicking this PO sync button, unless and until you sync it can’t be converted to VI.

  • Vendor Invoice: When you generate a VI through Warehouse services > Purchase Management > Vendor Invoice or convert PO to VI, you need to Sync with MYOB for it to reflect in the MYOB application.  
  • Vendor Invoice Payment: When you make the bill payment of Vendor Invoice through Warehouse services > Purchase Management > Vendor Invoice > Vendor Invoice History > Billing icon > Make payment, you need to Sync with MYOB for it to reflect in the MYOB application. 
  • Debit Note: When you generate Vendor returns through Warehouse services > Purchase Management > Vendor Returns, if you have returned using debit note then you need to sync the Debit note with MYOB by clicking this Debit note sync button. Unless and until it is synced the debit note will not reflect in MYOB whereas it can’t be used for the next purchase. 
  • Vendor Invoice Refund: When you generate Vendor returns through Warehouse services > Purchase Management > Vendor Returns, if you have returned using Cash then you need to sync the returns with MYOB by clicking this Vendor Invoice Refund sync button. Unless and until it is synced the debit note will not reflect in MYOB.  
  • Customers: When you add a new customer through Warehouse services > Sale Management > List of customers > Add new customer, you need to sync the customers with MYOB by clicking this Customer sync button. Unless and until it is synced the customers will not reflect in SO and SI screens. 
  • Sale Order: When you generate a Purchase order through Warehouse services >Sale Management > Sale Order, it is highlighted with grey colour in SO history screen and when you click on convert to Invoice icon it shows alert as Sync required. You need to sync the SO with MYOB by clicking this SO sync button, unless and until you sync it can’t be converted to SI.

  • Sale Invoice: When you generate a SI through Warehouse services > Sale Management > Sale Invoice, or convert SO to SI > Pick > Pack > Shipping, you need to Sync with MYOB for it to reflect in the MYOB application. 
  • Customer Payment: When you make the bill payment of Sale Invoice through Warehouse services > Sale Management > Sale Invoice > Sale Invoice History > Billing icon > Make payment, you need to Sync with MYOB for it to reflect in the MYOB application. 
  • Credit Note: When you generate Sale return through Warehouse services > Sale Management > Sale Return, if you have returned using credit note then you need to sync the Credit note with MYOB by clicking this Credit note sync button. Unless and until it is synced the credit note will not reflect in MYOB whereas it can’t be used for the next Sales. 
  • Invoice Refund: When you generate Sale return through Warehouse services > Sale Management > Sale Return, if you have returned using Cash then you need to sync the returns with MYOB by clicking this Invoice Refund sync button. Unless and until it is synced the debit note will not reflect in MYOB.
