Enter the demographic details like name age gender, mobile number, etc. Click on the emergency button if the patient is an emergency case. To add a patient’s photo, click on the plus icon. To capture a fingerprint, click on the capture fingerprint icon from the ‘Capture Fingerprint’ option. To add blood group information, select blood group from the dropdown. Check/uncheck if the patient is willing to donate blood.
All the demographic options are customizable.
