The role management option is helpful to create different roles in the organisation. The role management access is of three forms- Read/ Write, Read and Write, all for every functionality.

  • The Add New Role button can be used for creating new roles in the organisation database on the application. The first text box asks for the Role Name.

  • The description box allows the app user to describe the nature of the created role.

  • The relevant services in keeping with a role must be selected. The role management screen lists over 16 of the most prevalent services in the healthcare sector.

  • Read/ Write/update or All permissions have to be chosen for each screen once the screens have been selected.

  • The final step is to click on the Create Role button.
