Through this screen, you can raise an indent return request to Warehouse. Here it displays the indent history list with the status as Pending & Processed.
The status changes as follows
- Pending: When Indent returns raised to Warehouse
- Processed: When Indent returns are accepted
- Rejected: When the Indent return is rejected by Warehouse
This screen displays the return history to the Warehouse with the status as Pending or Processed. You can delete/cancel the return request until the status is “Pending” once the Order is processed then the delete icon is disabled.
You can raise a New return request by clicking on the “Return Item” button, it will redirect you to the following screen. Here you can add drugs with the required return quantity and click on the “Return Item” button, this will raise a return request to the Warehouse.
