This screen displays the current list of Drugs in inventory with a provision to edit, delete, and print barcodes. You can search the items by drug name, product name, or HSN code. We have colour indications for Expired, Near to Expiry and Low stock. You can also filter and view the required data.
For near-to-expiry drugs, we have set the indication 90 days ahead of the Expiry date. For low stock, you can set the minimum stock quantity (low stock limit) either while adding new items or here in the Inventory screen by clicking on the “Set min stock Qty” button, select the drug and set the required low stock quantity and save.
Add new items to Inventory: Click on the “Add item to Inventory list” button. It redirects to the following screen where you can enter the item details, fields with ‘*‘ are mandatory, and click on “Add to current stock.”
On the Inventory screen, when you click on “Drug Kits,” it redirects you to the following screen where you can view the list of drug kits. Click drug kit name will throw a pop up with details of the kit. There is a provision to Edit & Update the drug kits.
Click on the “New Drug Kit” button to create a new drug kit. It will redirect you to the following screen, where you can create a new kit by entering a name, adding drugs with quantity, and clicking on the “Create Drug kit” button.
Print BarCode:
On the Inventory screen, you can select the drug by clicking on the check box. The “Print BarCode” button gets enabled. It will throw a pop-up where you can enter the number of labels to be printed and take a print.
