The MMF (Monthly Maintenance Factor) is a unique tool to keep track of the monthly drug needs of chronically ill patients.
Create New PO:
The frequently sold drugs are analyzed on this screen With a unique formula, and an MMF quantity is calculated. The Drugs are listed on this screen when the Available quantity is less than the MMF quantity. You can select multiple drugs through the checkboxes and click on the Create new PO button redirecting you to the PO screen to generate a new PO with all the selected drugs.
Manage alerts:
The frequently sold drugs are analyzed on the screen with a unique formula, and an MMF quantity is calculated. You can set the alert quantity by entering the Alert quantity field and Save. When you Active the alert status, you will get a daily email alert with a list of low-stock drugs in your Inventory. You can follow up and add the drugs with the required quantity in the Inventory. There is a multi-select provision for drugs, where you can select multiple drugs and change the status to Active/Inactive.
