General:
The user can set up general settings for their pharmacy on this screen.
GST Exemption for Pharmacy: This is a one-time setting; while creating and setting up the pharmacy, the user can set this to Yes/No as required.
HSN code is Mandatory for an organization: User can change this setting according to preference.
Allow Narcotic Drugs: Narcotic drugs can be sold only under special permissions; this setting can restrict or allow the sale of narcotic drugs.
Pharmacy Association: This is a one-time setting; while creating and setting up the pharmacy, the user can set this to either Direct, Affiliated, or None as per their requirement.
Logo Exemption For Pharmacy: This is a one-time setting; while creating and setting up the pharmacy, the user can set this to Yes/No as per their requirement.
Does Arogya Sri Patients charge Pharmacy at Cost Price?: This is a one-time setting; while creating and setting up the pharmacy, the user can set this to Yes/No as per their requirement. If this is set as Yes, for all the “Arogya Sri” patients, drugs will be sold at a cost price.
Display GST Number on Pharmacy Prints: This setting either displays or does not display the GST number on Pharmacy bills/receipts.
Alerts:
Users can set up to whom MMF alerts need to be sent on this screen. Users can either select by Users or by roles in the Org, select and save the changes. Hence the MMF alerts will be sent only to set users or roles.
Barcode Customization:
Users can create customized barcode labels with preferred names & sizes.
Code Mapping:
On this screen, users can add codes to various drugs in the inventory by clicking on the Assign code button at the top right. All the drugs with assigned codes will be listed on this screen, where the user can also edit the code if required.
