To add insurance details for a patient, select the list of insurance companies from the dropdown, add policy number and expiry date and supportive documents if any, then click on “Add Insurance” as shown in the image below.
The insurance details will be shown as in the image below. Select the healthcare plan. The user can edit or delete the insurance details by clicking on edit or delete icon.
