User Management

  • The user management tab helps to chart out the users of an application.
  • It lists both the active and inactive users of the application. All users who are working in the organisation will have Active
  • The user management tab also lists out the access level given to a user varying between read/ write and both.
  • The most important feature of the User management screen is the Add New User option which is useful for adding new users to the application.
    1. Add New User (verdana – 16 px) – Anchor link will be placed here
    2. Edit User (verdana- 16 px)- Anchor link will be placed here
    3. Activate/Deactivate User (verdana – 16 px) – Anchor link will be placed here

Add New User (Heading 2 – 24 px – Verdana)

Here new user can be created and the roles associated with that can be assigned (verdana- 16 px)

  • Below is the process for that:
    • Click on Add new user button
    • Fill in the details like Name, Gender, Email, Mobile, Language (optional) and other necessary information
    • There is an option to add bio-metric details of the user to the application.
    • Upload a profile photo with upload button
    • The next step is filling in professional details like designation, specialization
    • The app also has options to allow mobile access to the employees. This gives easy access to the providers portal.
